  I can't say enough good things about Renegade! My husband and I have been members for 3 years now and we have both lost weight and feel strong and healthy! Our coach Steve worked with us and encouraged us to compete in power lifting and individually tailored our workouts. The workout classes that our coach Steve develops each day are fun, challenging, and include whole-body workouts. Steve incorporates weight lifting and cardio. Our gym includes many differing people that represent a variety of fitness levels and Steve does a great job tailoring the workouts to include all. He even individually tailored workouts for me while I was pregnant! If you are looking for a gym that provides small group classes and a supportive workout family, Renegade is for you! Come join us! :-)
