  Eric was very professional and courteous. He also was very, very through in his detailed exam and resulting application for the best results of my testing. Follow up visits for adjustments were easy and quick. I am very happy with my new "ears".

  I was not convinced I needed a hearing aid until Eric entered the picture!He was very professional and accomadating without pressuring me in any way! Soon after my hearing exam I knew I definitely needed a hearing aid!!!!! Thanks to Eric my life has been improved!!!!

  I went-in not knowing what to expect. I left well-versed on hearing issues in general, and my own, in particular. It's clear that Erik knows his business and loves helping others.
