  Maybe Attorney Knode was dismissive of me because I was a referral that would have granted me discounted rates should I have hired him; either way, he made it clear from the very beginning that I was, to him, an annoyance. Not only did he rush me to explain a situation that needed a patient ear, he immediately became condescending and stated he could not help me. All this in a matter of 2.5 minutes - I was in quite a sour mood after my brief interaction with him. Not a helpful person, to say the least.
