  I wouldn't consider this the best living area in chesterfield but it also isn't horrible. I've been living here for over two years and I'm excited to move out. A few complaints about this place would be: the walls are a bit thin, you can hear the neighbors above walking around, workers up front seem a bit fake and just want your money, maintenance workers can be lazy, some residents with dogs don't clean up after them, and most of the neighbors are a bit rude. Here are some good things: they keep the complexes very clean, the company they hire to do lawn care know how to do their job, the location is very accommodating, the gates are nice, I don't fear that my car will be broken into, and it's got a pool/gym.
  
  Really the only thing your rent check pays for is the location. There is so many things right around the corner and quick access to 288.
  
  On a grading scale of 10 I'd give this place a 6. Five points due to location. And the last point due to the other good things.
  
  I recommend this place to people who are looking to shack up for a year or two then move on.
