  I didn't have any problems booking my appointment because it was handled by a central service, I guess this is new. I went to Google Maps to get directions and was shocked when I read the reviews of this location. I didn't want to go, but it was too late to change it. I was surprised to find that the staff was friendly & professional. I hope this means changes were made.
