  I purchased my Fridge in 2016 and have had nothing but problems. I have had to wait weeks for techs to come out to diagnose the issue and then weeks for parts to come in and be installed. This started just a month after purchase. They refused to let me turn it in to get a new fridge. My fridge is once again not working and making extremely loud noises and they are not able to even come out until May 2nd. The telephone representative, Allen, was extremely rude to me. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me he was a supervisor and that there was no one else I could talk to. I WANT MY FRIDGE FIXED.
