  I was a member of AmFam years ago, tried several other gyms, and finally came back. One main reason - AmFam Swift Creek is the only place I don’t feel shamed by clientele and staff for my obesity. In contrast, I’m often praised, encouraged, given a high five, or complimented for my hard work, determination, and progress. The clientele is a diverse group, and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. Even when I’m nervous and uncomfortable about trying something new, I know I can trust the trainers to breathe a little confidence into me. Many thanks!
